ID Requirements

Regular ID Policy

Applies to all events apart from Loaded (Gatecrasher Birmingham) and Vodbull (Oceana Birmingham):

  • Strictly Over 18 Only 18+
  • Admission is with a valid University Student Card and proof of age photo ID (Drivers License / Passport) only. University or Student card holders are allowed one non student guest with photo ID per University card holder. To avoid disappointment, we do suggest that large parties email bookings@vodbull.com to ensure availability for any events, especially at beginning and end of term
  • If you have lost or had your student ID stolen, please call us in advance on 07920 404142 to ensure you gain entry. If you turn up on the door without the correct ID entry will be refused
  • A ticket and correct ID does not guarantee entry. Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR) at doorstaff discretion
  • Tickets are only valid until 12am (unless otherwise explicitly stated on the ticket, 11pm for Cocktail events), after which time a surcharge maybe payable. Guestlist places are only guaranteed until 11pm

Loaded @ Gatecrasher Birmingham ID Policy

  • Strictly Over 18 Only 18+
  • Admission is with valid University or Student Card and proof of age photo ID (Drivers License / Passport) only. University or Student card holders are allowed one non student guest with photo ID per University card holder. However, if you are bringing large parties from out of town, please email at least 1 week in advance to bookings@vodbull.com to ensure availability at the required event due to the level of business
  • If you have lost or had your student ID stolen, please call us in advance on 07920 404142 to ensure you gain entry. If you turn up on the door without the correct ID entry will be refused

Vodbull Birmingham @ Oceana ID Policy

  • Strictly Over 18 Only 18+
  • Due to the massive demand for Vodbull @ Oceana in Birmingham, priority is given to local Universities (Aston / Birmingham / UCB / BCU). Admission is for local UNIVERSITY cards only (not college or NUS cards) and their bona fide guests (one per card as per regular policy)
  • Large groups of non local University students wishing to attend (5 plus) should always email their booking request at least 2 weeks in advance to bookings@vodbull.com, which will then be assessed and replied to. Please do not book coach transport etc until your request has been answered. Non Local University Cards are allowed entry, but regretfully do not receive additional guest privileges
  • Regretfully priority is given to local Universities for all paper / E-ticket / door purchases. This policy supersedes any purchases (tickets / online / door or otherwise) that may have been made by the customer
