Terms and Conditions

Vodbull UK and it’s subsequent brands are subject to the following terms & conditions:

• Tickets should only be purchased from approved retailers and should not be resold.
• Tickets / e-tickets are only valid for the event date that they are purchased.
• Lost or unused tickets / e-tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Tickets do not guarantee entry
• Tickets / e-tickets are only valid until the time specified on the ticket / e booking system.
• Tickets / e-tickets are only valid when accompanied by over 18 photo ID (Passport / Drivers licence) and where appropriate by valid University ID.
• Venue and licencing restrictions apply. Venues and promoter reserve the right to refuse admission. Rights of admission reserved at all times.

In addition the following terms and conditions apply to the Vodbull.com e-shop:

• Your personal information is kept private and is not shared with anyone else, under the Data protection act 1997.
• The order transaction is handled securely by paypal.
• Your email address will only be added to our mailing lists only if you expressly requested it - you can of course unsubscribe at any time.
• Your contact mobile number is only used if there are problems with your order, unless you expressly request to join our text list - you can of course unsubscribe at any time.
• Please make sure your payment clears in sufficient time for your event - please avoid using e-cheques as these can take up to 10 working days to clear! Tickets stop being sold at a specific cut-off time (usually 8:00pm) promptly on the night of an event. Please ensure you have left time to complete checkout and payment with paypal before this time. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any monies paid if payment is made after the deadline.
• Our stock levels are automatically updated after each payment has been made - this can occasionally mean tickets can run out whilst you are paying for your order on Paypal's website. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid.
• A maximum number of tickets per event per order applies. We reserve the right to cancel multiple orders and refund any monies paid.
• We operate a ticketless system - please ensure you have receive a confirmation email from Vodbull UK (not just the paypal one), as this is proof that your order has been processed - just turn up on the door and enjoy the fun! If you have made a payment and not received your email confirmation from Vodbull UK please contact us.
