VIP

Our VIP Programme is split into two categories - Our new Complimentary Entry Card Scheme and the Old VIP Goldcard system. The Gold Card programme and Complimentary entrance card scheme are both exclusively for the use of specially selected members (usually people on certain committees and our partners) and entitles them to VIP access to most of our events.

VIP Gold Card Terms & Conditions

• Your VIP Gold Card entitles you to complimentary entry, and VIP Lounge access where applicable, at Vodbull UK's events, and events organized by selected partners. Vodbull UK organised events currently included are:, Vodbull UK, Loaded, I Love Toms Mum, Stupid Tuesdays, Fish, Cocktail, Thank Walkabout It's Friday & GB Mondays.
• VIP Gold Card is operated as a door list at each of our events. You will not be issued with a physical card. On arrival at the club please make yourself known to the VIP Gold Card list holder who will deal with your entry.
• You are entitled to free entry UNTIL 11.30pm, after which time you may be required to pay the standard club entry price and your entry will not be guaranteed.
• Upon entry, a note may be taken of your name to enable monitoring of card usage.
• VIP Gold Card is for use by the named card holder only. You are not permitted to substitute another person in your place.
• The Management reserves the right to withdraw individual VIP Gold Card status at any time.
• Your admission is only valid when accompanied by a photographic proof of ID (Passport or Driving License) AND a valid student card.
• All VIP Gold Card holders must be registered Vodbull UK members.
• As a VIP Gold Card holder, you will receive regular plain text emails regarding specific events where exceptions or different VIP Gold Card rules apply. You may not opt out of these emails.
• For busy events, specifically start and end of term, you may be required to book your VIP Goldcard place in advance via email to vip@vodbull.com. You will be notified by email and/or text when this is the case and if you do not reply then your right to admission at the event will be based on levels of trade and management discretion.
• These terms and conditions, and the club nights that the VIP Gold Card is valid, will be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
• Exceptions apply, and each club reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• Entry into any venue is subject to the standard venue door policy and may be refused. VIP Gold Card status does not entitle the holder to any level of behavior that would not be accepted by the venue of regular customers i.e. Drunkeness / abuse of customers or staff etc.
• Where possible, we will allow up to 2 guests queue jump when accompanied by a Goldcard member provided they have an event ticket. This service is offered at management discretion and may not be available at all events.

Complimentary Entry Card Terms & Conditions

• Complimentary Entry Cards are issued to parties who conduct regular bookings into our portfolio of events.
• Each card entitles you to complimentary entry, and VIP Lounge access where applicable, into a Vodbull UK event of your choice. Vodbull UK organised events currently included are:, Vodbull UK, Loaded, I Love Toms Mum, Stupid Tuesdays, Fish, Cocktail, Thank Walkabout It's Friday & GB Mondays.
