Can’t make it? grab a refund for your tickets – until 6pm of the day of the event. We will not be able to process any refunds after this time.
Go to www.fatsoma.com/orders, locate the order you would like refunded, click “View Order”, then click “Requests a Refund”. Fill in the form with a reason for the refund request and a message. The refund request will be sent to us and we will respond within 48 hours to your request. You will be notified via email.
If the dates of the lifting of Covid restrictions change then tickets will remain valid for the new date of our re-opening party.
